Effective Home Remedies to Stop Hairfall

Hair fall is one of the most common problem faced by every women. It is because of the routine and diet we follow. We are so busy in our life that we forget to take care about our basic health requirements. Therefor, all these problems started to arrive. There are some other causes too that cause hair loss.

I have listed some home remedies that have been tried and tested by me and some of my friends.

  • Aloe Vera
    It is a traditional way of treatment for hair loss. You just need to extract the pulp from the plant and rub it nto your scalp after head wash for 15 mins and then rinse it with cold water. This process should be done thrice a week.
  • Neem Leaves
    Take 10-12 neem leaves and boil it into water until the water comes down to half. Then wait for it to get cool down and rinse your hair with this neem water.
    This process is recommended to do once in a week.
  • Greek Yogurt
    Take 2 tablespoon of Greek Yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 lemon. Make a mixture of it and apply to your scalp for 15 mins and then rinse it with cold water.
    The process is recommended once a week but if you have dry scalp you can do this twice a week.
  • Beetroot
    Take few beetroot leaves and 1 tablespoon henna. First, boil the leaves properly and after grinding it add henna. Make a paste of it and apply to your scalp for atleast 20 minutes, then rinse it water.
    It is advice to do this thrice a week.
  • Onion Juice
    Take 1 onion and extract its juice. Apply the onion juice from a cotton ball from the root to the tip. Leave it for 30 minutes and then rinse it with normal water and then do normal shampoo.
    This process can be done once a week.
  • Coconut Oil Massage
    Take 2-3 tablespoon coconut oil and heat it for 1 minute. From a cotton ball apply the oil and then massage it properly for atleast 15 minutes. leave it for 1 hour or for the whole night and then shampoo as usual.
    You can try this thrice a week.

So, these were the few remedies. But apart from this it is highly recommended to maintain a proper diet and have a healthy lifestyle.
